Up here, you better build light if using a .77!

We struggled with .65s and .77s in the early days and the .91 was a blessing. Too bad you didn't come to the Jefco auction. There was an updated Ram 500 that went for $850. Sounds high perhaps but a new .91 and fan would be $500 to $650 plus the cost of high nitro fuel would put you right in the ball park with that turbine after one summer of flying. And the 500 would fly the .91 size jets very nice.
If you want I'll GIVE you a new Jet Hangar Hobbys F9F Couger fuse plus one that was started. (.45 size jet) You will have to cut your own foam wings and formers. (I would extend the wings by 2" each panel). With a .77 and Dynamax it will fly nice.....just lots of work to build!
I could bring it to the Wngs Over The Rockies Expo this saturday if I go.
