You seem to imply that somebody knows somebody and made something happen. Not the case, I assure you, at least not on my behalf. I'd say this is more a case of an individual who took the correct route to resolve a problem.

what you are seeing is one very cheesed of guy after numerous emails and phone calls from both myself and my lady, both of us tried patiently and both us got told rather rudely that they wont do a thing for us despite selling a substandard product. If you dont understand why I am bitter about this company of rude rip-off merchants then thats your problem.
