I agree with scalecraft. I like to take the ARF as a start. Then I try to make it as good as my experience and my budget let me.
I took the trottle servo out of the engine room. See the pictures which also include some of the fuel plumbing.

Schumacher, I would replumb your fuel filter to the other side of your filler. The way you have it at the moment any gunk from your fuel supply while filling will get trapped on the feed side of the filter and when you start the engine it will get sucked into the carbie.
