I need some input from you guys with cannisters. I picked up a MTW 75 cannister to throw on the xyz HP 50. This is going in my Dawghouse Yak 55. The can is about 3 inches longer than the tunnel built into the plane. I cut a hole as big as I could in the back of the can tunnel and the can fits through it pretty snug. There is not room for any silicone tubing around the can. Will this work?

Also, the can is now sticking out into the open fuse by about 3 inches. That leaves it about 3 inches in front of the rudder servo. I can build a tray to raise up the rx and battery, but I don't know if the heat is going to be a factor in the fuse. Boxing that additional 3 inches in would be a job, and I would probably just use the stock muffler before I go to that much trouble. Will this setup work????? This is my first cannister and I just don't know that much about them. Thanks for your help.
