Default Going flybarless

Other then littel tidbits that I get from heli mags I'm tring to find out how to fly without flybars and no stabilizing systems.
I read in RC Heli a little side note about using very soft dampners if you want to fly scale.
I have no interest in 3D stuff. I want onboard video and do virtual flying. If what I understand about disc loading is correct, there must be ways to change blade with and length to enhance longer flights and greater payloads.
I think that a gaser will do a good job to start. I wonder if a quad rotor head needs a stabilizer system and what is a good book to get to become enlightened?
