I build slow so Titebond or Carpenters glue works fine for most areas, laminating sheet balsa (like the main fuselage crutch) I usually weigh it down well and give it extra time to cure. Epoxy for the areas that need it and CA only if I can't avoid it (I have built many planes without CA so I seldom use it as it make me sneeze and my eyes water). And of course good old Ambroid still has its uses (if you can get it).
