RE: New project L-39
Hey Warbird.
Which new project are you referring to? ( there are a few on the go at once right now )
If its the L-39? Then great. It flys well and is proving to be a fun little model. The P1-20 is so overpowered for it. I am tempted to swap it out and put one of the new generation of higher power light weight turbines around the 20 lbs mark.
I just dropped the model off to my painter yesterday. I love the finish on the L-39 but I have always thought that it could do with a little personalization. At the same time I am working on a "How to" DVD with my painter and thought the L-39 might be a good start on How to bring a pre painted ARTF to life with some weathering and detail techniques.
