Mine looked a little off also so this is how I centered mine. I used a flexible tape measure that is used when sewing. I measured from one side of the fuselage (without the rudders attached),over the starting motor of the turbine to the other side fuselage. I took the total length and divided it in half and centered the turbine at that point.
