Should just hurt your power, but keep an eye on that stock pipe. The baffle cones inside have been known to melt from time to time. Breakin temps on the OS shouldn't hurt it, but the cone inside can melt if it gets hot enough. You might try taking the cone out (which will make it loud) or drill some more holes through it, but make sure you still have enough backpressure for your fuel supply.
