About hoovering, it was my intention to do so.
For what you need wings in vertical? only ailerons to prevent rotating
all planes hoover with enough power and balance. On U tube I say a while ago a calmato standing on it's tail and started straight up.
If the pilot can hoover, the plane can it too.
today I took it out of the box and started almost crying. you told already that the main tube was slightly loose, thats correct.
My rear tube is completely out of line, right rear wing is 2 mm in front of the left one and compare with the main wing it's 9 mm out.
for sure I'm not in the air soon with my 330.
The balance bussiness is still farr away for me, somewhere in the beginning of this link you where talking about CG.
I think this 110 mm at root is ok. In the drawing they talk about 90-96mm from leading edge, but this is measured at 360mm from the centre of the fuse.
If you bring this back to the root the CG is in the tube (forward).
Anybody has measures at what height your CG is? Is it in the wing or above/below?
