It is a tremendous waste of resources to force the mag upon those who don't want it. Opting to send the mag where it would be appreciated is a good option, but another option should be to allow the member to elect to not receive in any way, shape, or form...for a slight reduction in dues. Pick a number that saves the AMA the cost of sending a mag off to he who don't want it and it becomes a win / win proposition.
