I bought a $35.00 rolling engine stand and bolted a suitable piece of scrap lumber to it. Add a univeral throttle control (lawn mower) for about $5.00 more and your good to go. It's about chest high which makes starting and tweaking a breeze and can be rolled (moved) around with ease. It also doubles as a stand to hang my outboard motor on for service or storage.
