Bob,
If you have both servos run off of one channel in the radio then there isn't any adjustment for each flap in the radio. You'll have to mechanically adjust the flaps so that they are even.

As for adjusting the middle setting on the flaps, you should be able to adjust that with the subtrim adjustment in the radio.
