Thanks for the input. I'm pretty deliberate with my linkage and travel adjustments, particularly getting things as right as possible mechanically so they'll be pretty close before it ever goes in the air. The flaps are HUGE, though, and I just don't have a feel yet for what's acceptable and what is not and as I said the mechanical adjustments are a pain. Granted, they are inboard but they really dwarf the ailerons.
