Default RE: How do you hold your transmitter sticks

if you have short fingers, shorten the stick length. i fly with my sticks all the way in, it gives ME more precision and control (again this is just ME, it may not work for YOU). when i fly one particular fellow club members planes he has his sticks all the way out at maximum length, it makes me feel like I've got to move the sticks a mile, he also flies with expo and the long stick lengths make that expo seam to be much more pronounced due to the longer sticks requiring more movement.
I like the sticks at about medium length. I also crank up the spring tension so it's easier to give aileron or elevator without accidently moving the other. Helps with maneuvers like vertical rolling climbs.

FYI, the Blue Angels fly with about 20lbs of forward trim. That way they always have tension on the stick, which they feel gives them more precise control........no, I don't recommend that for r/c!
