On the top of each forum, upper right, there are 3 yellow (on mine anyway) slots. One is named "Filter". It starts with "Show all posts" but by clicking the down bar, the bottom option is "Show all posts I contributed to."

So on the bottom and sometimes top of any forum, you can jump to any forum, then click on "Show all posts I contributed to." From there, read your postings.

Edited to add: You can also set up a "My Forums" and eliminate all those items you might not care for. Saves me much time.
