My engine usually does that anyway you just have to keep pullng until it will be a consistent idle then keep blipping the throttle to warm the engine up, the break in will annoy the s*** out of you but it'll get better, other things to consider are "is your engine having leaks elsewhere?" or is your glowplug bad?
