RE: Extreme Flight Jeremy Chinn Yak-55SPs build thread
I'm thinking about getting this plane after I planted a Morris Hobbies Gee Whiz Bee today. I have a new Saito .82 GK for it. The question I have is can I use Hitec HS-5245 digital mini servos in this plane? The servos are metal gear with 61.1 oz./in. of torque but are smaller than standard servos. Can these work/fit or do I need standard size servos. I don't want to get the plane and find out I need to get new servos as the ones I have only have 5 short flights. Has anyone used servos other than standard size?
