I am completing a Sureflite Spitfite, but with the age of the plane 15 years old, of course no instructions in the box. Does anyone know what the CG is and the recommend throws are?

The instructions give a CG range of 3" to 3 3/8" behind the leading edge. There are no recommend throws listed.
