Default RE: Wheeeeeeee.......... Blade CP!

Thanks guys...... Couldn't have gotten this far with out everyone here on the forum however. I'am spending some more time on Helifreak now just to try and broaden my knowledge a bit more. Nothing really hasn't changed in my flying style for awhile however, so I'll probably quit filming my flights for awhile and just concentrate on cleaning up how I do fly right now to make them look more smooth and such.

Thanks for the tips on the Typhoon in the P.M... I think I really was rusty, but nothing has changed on the craft from all the other times that I did fly it before, and was using the same Thunder Power 2100 mah 15c 3-cell lipo.... BUT... I was using a smaller prop that came with the craft on this flight that I have only tried once before instead of the bigger one that I normally fly on. It seemed it REALLY made the bird more responsive especially being rusty... I'll have to order that bigger one again and install that and try again.

I really appreciate the info you and Rick share here regarding stuff about the planes as I really know nothing but just simple flying techniques. Very interesting to me, and I'am sure others. It helps pass the time until any on-topic stuff pops up and keeps the thread alive... Thanks !

Tim, I hope that the bag never has to be pulled out for use. No real 3D plane is designed for high speed snaps and such, that's why so many videos of one wing landings keep emerging. 3D and your VTOL are meant to fly comfortably at slow speeds. They're designed to be light to fly light. They also lack the bulk of structural weight in most sport planes. On the other hand fast snaps will result in some great footage

Blessings!

Jay

Take care,
