I was taking a series of pictures of the F-86 as it was doing a show pass. If I would have kept the snapshots going for maybe two more shots I would have captured the colision.
This is exactly what happened to me. I took a series of shots of the F-86 and then took my camera down to go to something else. As soon as I had the camera away from my eye it happened. I was able to get back up in time to still catch the debris in the air.
The other plane is an MB-339, desert scheme it looks like.
This is correct. Although I don't know who was piloting it for this flight.
