Don't want to get in on either side here regarding one sim vs. the other, but just a thought... I personally don't like it when companies tell me I have to call instead of get information on the internet. If they have a web site, they need to put information on their products on it. Doing research and shopping over the internet is so basic now that forcing a customer to do their research by phone during a specific set of hours is just outdated.

Just a thought on the phone vs. internet thing... no criticism meant to either party and no intention of joining other side... this just caught my eye.
