If all else Fails....You might want to check that all the wires are firmly soldered to the servo and the esc.......
(Keep in mind that you will VOID the warranty if you open up the ESC, so don't DO that unless your Warranty has Expired!)

I have a Nascada,,,,,and I dont have any of the Problems that you Described......So I think you have SOMETHING going on.......
