Wellllllll...seeing as you're the best source...could you explain (briefly will be fine) what the linkage adjustments do.

There's two upper ones at the front.
Two lower ones at the front (are these purely for adjusting the left/right direction of the wheel?)
Two upper ones at the back.

Are there any other common tweaks that would be good to know about?

the 2 upper ones contol the caster and camber ex: / \ and \ / when looking at the front of the car
the 2 lower ones control the toe in and toe out (left and right of the wheeld)

The 2 upper ones in the back do the same thing as the two upper ones in teh front, caster and camber.
