That's all I now use in all my planes.
On the old 72 megahertz, I would get 'blips' every 3 weeks, or so: since I converted over last spring, I haven't had one 'blip' and that's going through 25 gallons of gasoline.
(the 'blips' were normally when the plane went by the end of the antenna on the far side of the field or when the plane was low to the ground out past the end of the runway)
Also, I like JR's safety of; if the plane is not 'dialed in', no surfaces move.
