I see no reason what so ever to have a test stand unless its some type of home built where you are tweaking and wrenching after each run. Running a P-120 on a test stand is a waste of good air time imo.

somewhat agree with you Vin that's why my test board is a 2' x 3' piece of melamine with two short 2x4s screwed to one end for strapping the turbine to, i only use it to test runs when i suspect a problem and it's easier to pull the turbine/ECU and run it on the bench them start pulling all the systems out of the jet to find a possible problem. i also strapped my Titan SE down to it for a short run when i got it second hand before installing it into a new jet. no way in the world I'd pay for one and i see no need for all the fancy bells and whistles that some boards I've seen have on them.
