it depends on how long you plan on running it at the time and the size of the turbine. i use a 32oz that's also my start up/taxi tank, i see raptorlogo used the main tank out of a Flash, it's 2.2 liters.

as far as the filter, there should be one included with your turbine. on my refueling jug i use an inline fuel filter from the auto parts place.
