After a year my FEJ F-15 main gear cylinders still leaked. I just fixed them using the method described by Dom (Maj. Woody) in his Fei Bao F-4 build thread (i.e., taking out the O rings and wrapping teflon tape around the seats and replacing the O rings with lots of thick grease). This method worked GREAT. Of course, it requires that you be able to take the cylinders apart. I would check with James and see if the cylinders were in fact, made so that they won't open (probably with glue/red locktite if they were). If they were, then I'd ask James to send a set that can be opened and fix them myself in the way that I described. Just injecting thin oil into them did NOT work for me over the long run.
