WTS, is a Wrap To Side, or wrap forward or DeepVee header, all the same header as you discribe
WTC is Wrap To Centre.. Wrap to Centre is usually to long also.
If you get the WTS header from ebay or almost any other premade, they are to long also. I had to shorten mine 3cm to get it at 33-34cm total length.
