Default RE: BME 58 Extreme

Hey RTK....

the header i had Karl up in canada make for me , was a tough one! I had to have some special bends in it to clear the firewall. I could have had it built a little shorter , but i just sent karl some phots and measurements of my set up , and this is what i got. karl is a craftsman to say the least...he built it exactly to spec.

With that being said....the pipe , from exhaust stack to the end of the pipe is about 13.5" and the canister is 8" long. The canister is about the same size of what a normal sized 50cc canister would be ( close to a MTW 75 i believe.)

here is a couple pics so you can check it out.

BTW....IF i have to , i can run another header i got from another guy on FG , that Karl built. It is about 12.5" long , but i can cut dang near 5-6" off the thing , since it only bends once , and then it's a strait shot to the canister. Only problem is , i'd have to cut into my firewall.

I wanted to run this longer pipe to at least see what it's going to act like. Any ideas on what it may do with that long of a header and canister set up?
