Based on the other planes you are flying, I'd say take a look at one of these:

It will knife edge as long as you care to hold it there, spin, tumble, whatever you want it to do. Not only that, it is rock solid stable and makes a great sport flyer on low rates. Stalls are tame and slow flight & landings are a breeze (not trainer-like of course).

I have a YS-63 in mine and the performance is outstanding. I was using a 12x6 Xoar prop and it was very fast. I switched to a 13x4 Xoar and it is still plenty fast with great vertical and lots of power through maneuvers.

I have not been this happy with a new airplane in a long time. It flys almost as good as my 70" Yak and 25% Sukhoi.
