If he's talking lower cell count setup then 1515 would be the setup to use, which is actually the standard setup for TJ, 1518 is not high performance but more ruged system for large jets, so in thast case 1515 and TJ is only 21oz. It will also under at 3kw area put out exact same thrust as TF or any fan at 3kw. All fans in close watt levels put out same thrust range, only diff is efflux due to each fans RPM, some can just put out more thrust at top end cause there capable of higher ultimate watt ranges. Thats why at 3kw range even a DS-51 is close to 9 pound range as is even a Midi fan, the diff? Efflux.
