In his ad he claimed he ground the lower corners to fit a LST2. The engine has a lot of compression, no deep scratches in the head, but the top fin is bent down. That does not bother me as the Savages are extremely rough on heads. The crank and rod seem to be really tight and the piston looks great as does the bottom of the button. Sleeve is nice and the sides of the piston do not have any deep scratches or gouges. I am sure it will run as good as it has ever been capable of running. I just have serious doubts that they are as strong as a Picco 28 and I am over 99% sure it is not going to twist off any axles. It does have a new Savage flywheel and shoes on it with an 18T bell.
