Hi Phil ya they were out of the model 2 when I ordered it and got the model 1 they did not list what was diffrent between the 2 should of ordered it over the phone and had them take out the ratcheting joystick yep a small movement in the stick and the gun fires and recoils but have to pull all the way to get the DBCRC2 to fire gun sound hope it works better in the Stug or the KV-1 by the way were on the TX-18 board do you solder the sound card pins to im thinking of putting the DBCRC2 set for heavy on the KV-1 and mite order another from you set as medium for the Stug .

Yes,, the recoil with the HL RX-18, will respond much better! The sound cards attachment point on the back of the RX-18 board is the middle pin of the 3 pin connection points on the back of the RX-18 board the ( amp input ) connection!
