Default good work benches

Home Depot or Lowes kitchen counter tops. Find one with a chunk out of the corner (very common)and ask them for a discount. I like the white and they have a curved back that keeps stuff from rolling off .

Then use 2x4s to build a frame with legs and sit the counter on top. While you are there get a piece of acoustic board (white on one side) and you can pin to it for building.
