-Put the two halves together (not on the plane) then adjust it to the correct width for the engine and tack the halves together with medium CA.
I havnt thought of locking in the width with the CA, I would always try to hold them, they always move on me, thats a great tip. I like the GP adjustables also, thats all I get. I also like them because the arms are longer than most. I can get the engine out farther for balancing and theres more room for remote neadle valve
