The bench is going to be out from the wall 5'? Where is the door? My building is just about the same look and size of yours and man it fills up quickly, Just a wing rack takes alot of room. I have my door double doors then my bench is about 2ft and just runs along the oposite wall as the door (front to back) and a 100 size plane is hard to work around even if the wings are off in mine. It was a kit from Lowe's. I put a loft in mine for my wife's junk lol. But think they will look similar and are similar in size.
