I've got a couple of those planes, except they have different color schemes. They fly great with a lightweight 36 to 40 size engine. Mine didn't come with instructions either.
I never found out the official name of the plane, but they are commonly referred to as the "Ebay Plane", the "No-Name Profile", and the "Mystery Profile".
You will find a lot more info about that plane on that site that is dedicated to profile planes.
Where did you set the CG at? The only 40 size motors that I have are a OS 46 AX and an OS 40FP. Was hoping to 3D with this plane, do you think the 46 AX is to much for it?
