[Sorry to disappoint you but I don't plan on being there. Top Gun is like Toledo, and Joe Nall - been there, done that a couple of times - that's enough. I would rather be flying that watch others doing it. Besides, SEFF is the weekend before and that has a lot more of the modeling that I enjoy participating in.
Yet somehow it is hard for him to understand why you are done with MA...a classic contradictionalist at his best...Red UR Da Man!
I understand perfectly well why he is done with MA. As he said, there is nothing he can learn from it and if given to school they would learn the wrong things. But if I had a free ticket to Top Gun I would give it to someone that possibly get something ou of it rather than throw it in the trash because I'm not interested in blowing some excellent flying weather and a couple of tanks of gas on it.

but if you had deep convictions that Stick's form of hobby was overly elaborate and depictive of everything you felt was adverse to your perception of the hobby you would no doubt, from all we have learned of you here, would not only throw away the ticket but you be here spreading all the crap you could against the event...I am certain of that.
Why you cannot allow other’s their views and why you continue to bully them for their views is incomprehensible to most of us. I certainly have no problems with Stick’s views…they are understandable and I am on record here as one that likes MA…go figure.
