Default CG & Throws for Midget Mustang

This is coming right out of the manual.

CG is 90mm or 3.54 inches behind the leading edge usually at the wing root where the wing meets the fuselage.

Control throws are in "mm"

elevator- 20mm up and down
rudder-30mm either way
aileron-10mm up and down

Now I always wing it on the elevator. I like to have a fair amount on a maiden flight but i keep the aileron to a minimum. i can deal with excessive up and down but slowly dial in the aileron over several flights.

Even though i have been flying some hot planes and prop jets for 4 years, I do a few things religiously and without question.
That is I never ever trim out a new plane by myself. It is bad enough with nerves knocking me around. I will fly it but have someone stand next to me putting in the trim i need as I fly it.
Nothing like watching someone try and trim out a warbird on its first flight.
I had a Cap take off beautifully one time on its first flight. That blue/yellow P-51 on my webpage hung a hard left turn as soon as it left the ground heading right for the portable crappers. It was darn near a gonner. You start off like that, you need help to get it trimmed out.
