Does your Y-harness for your elevator servos have a center adjust for one of the servos? If so, you can mechanically adjust the center of one servo to be a little off center, then readjust the linkage to center your elevator. If the problem goes away, great! If not, adjust your servo the other way and you should fix the problem.
