I built one of these for a good friend of mine. It only uses one servo for the elivator, a long push rod and a Y .

One reason for the the different throws could be that when mounting the control hornes... One is closer or further from the hinge line than the other.

I hope this makes sense I have done this in the past

I HATE MOUNTING CONTROL HORNS :boxing:
