Default Falcon 40 lift problem...

Hi,

I'm having a problem with insufficient lift with my Falcon 40. Its weird, it will work fine through a few batteries, then after a simple crash I can't get any lift - it hovers about 10 inches off the ground at max throttle. The last time it happened I had the heli on the shelf for about a week, pulled it back out to try it, and it worked great for a few flight, until a small crash, then it started happening again.

I am using 7.4v 15C 1000mah lipo's which are tested and working. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on here? Anyone had this problem and discovered a solution? I really hope it's not pointing towards a 3-in-one replacement since they are so expensive. Would a 11.1v lipo possibly fix the problem? The one issue is that there is some added weight with the training skids i am using, but this should not have any profound effect on lift with a fully charged lipo as far as i know. I'm at a loss here and it's driving me crazy! [:@] ANY advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
