I hope that for Jo Ellen, her apology was sufficient. Unless you have reason to believe otherwise this appears to be a situation of an eager to help staff person getting caught up in something that has become very personal between you and Red. I'd let that part of it go, if it was my decision to make.
Ok. here we have a staffer. We don't know her tenure or level of experience. She gets an email from a district AVP and an author for MA. She could very well have assumed (there is her error) that he was acting on behalf of and with permission from Stickbuilder.
