Yeah that's defiantly normal because you will fun that under load they drop down.

Thanks brett_saville and FairTax4me! I usually check the battery with a mulitmeter after charging. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't overcharging the batteries because I'm new at this. They seem to run really well and it's all the power I need for this parking lot.
