Not sure exactly what your setup is, but, to get an antenna through a fuse or a tube I use a 2-56 rod with the antenna taped to it and run it through.

Other options are to exit just behind the canopy and secure the antenna to the vertical stab, or exit the bottom of the fuse and run it externally. Many options.
