Is this a new plane? If so, did you start with a fresh model memory? If not, you have to reset everything to center, or 100% (expo, mixing, dual rates, and so on). If you have a reset channel selection on your computer radio (assuming of course you are using a computer radio) then reset all in that model memory and start over.
