Have you tried running the plane on the ground at low speeds and see how it tracks with the controls centered?

Some of the rightward tendancy is because of right thrust, some is also because of torque, but the plane should track somewhat straight at speeds well under flight speed.

It could be that the tail wheel needs adjusting, etc.
