When I land mine, I generally like to touch down on the mains then let it roll out on its own until the tail drops. It usually rolls pretty straight. Once the tail drops and it has slowed down sufficiently I give it up elevator to plant the tail wheel and steer it normally. You might try adding a little toe-in to your mains.
