And, the business, on the other hand, is expected to bend over and give in. Dr. Jones knows this first hand as he states in an email to us "I did not intend to hurt you", although we never sent him an email saying that he had "hurt" us, so where did he get this idea? Many see it as wrong of a business to act to explain or defend itself. I don't know why. Usually, when someone lets a claim go unchallenged, people would assume it is true and the party just wants it to go away. But, when it is untrue, and the defamed party tries to state the facts or say his side, it is somehow just seen as a bunch of words. I can't clearly state what I want to because I am attached to a business. I must walk on egg shells, so as not to offend anyone, even the person who started this post while relying on untruths, (like the biggest one that he had an order with us...NOT).
Agree 100%, there is way to much of this going on that I have seen. I feel that the company that is more upfront and honest with me as a customer is the company that will get my business. If there is no challenge to accusations then they must be true. Well put Morris.
